I have just about burnt the Twitter BLOCK Screen into my monitor from using it so much now. The onslaught of new peeps setting up shop, posting nothing and then obviously letting BOTs loose to auto follow thousands of people are really the ninth wonder of the world…what a waste of bandwidth.
I was very humbled by the fact that out of all of the people on Twitter and all of the people who probably have a Manifesto, that my manifesto was the one they chose to pattern their entire department’s policy on how they will use social media in all social media channels on the internet.
The aggressive style of getting someone on the phone never has worked as well as online social media marketing. Old school methods take a lot of energy that more than likely goes against the person’s efforts more than it helps.
I am not out to please everyone and I understand that everyone is not out to please me. However, to make any sense out of the time I spend on Twitter, here is My Manifesto.
I think if more people would take an attorney’s advice about how to use Twitter they would improve their image 100%..OK, for the tweeters who post about a zillion posts a minute, it will improve your image a zillion %.
In all indications, there does seem to be more golfers coming online each day. As the economy drives them off the golf course and golf facilities, naturally their free time will be filled with more time online. However, this does not equate to more consumer buying. And it does not mean they will stay online once they get a taste of what places like Twitter, Facebook and the rest offer.
Hope you all will hang in there with me while I get my feet back on the ground.. This starting over stuff gets old after awhile.
