Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has declared war on the game of golf

Isn’t it great our President Obama plays golf? 

This news and video of Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez saying golf is a waste of resources echoes some of what the capitalist here in our country are saying about golf.  Fortunately none of them have the power to kill off golf in our country like Mr Chavez has in Venezuela. …scary isn’t it.  Lets get out there and play more golf to show that Golf is more than a seemingly frilly activity.  It is the least we can do to help golf survive around the world.
