I have read a number of articles from business people who are concerned with the businesses in their target industry are not a fit for their culture.
I would think if they are REALLY wanting a job it may be time for these people to change their culture.
Yes, I know what they are talking about and yes, I know many of these people and why they want to work in the same environment they left.
The bottom line is simple. Those who find their new job does not fit their culture are really in need of making a change of their culture. And, for those thousands of experienced business people who are only wanting to stay in the culture…well….most of them need to get a life.
