But most commercially sold smokers are small and only for hot-smoking. A great solution – especially if you want to smoke plenty of food for the whole family – is to build your own smokehouse!
This cement block smokehouse has a lot of room so you can smoke huge amounts in just a single batch. It also allows for cold-smoking, which is entirely different from hot-smoking.
