Marcel spent 5 years as a college recruiter for the University of Minnesota. That is exactly enough time to become an expert, guru very familiar with everything that deals with getting admitted into college.
Like recruiting for one of the coldest states in the country was not hard enough, he also was assigned the entire state of Texas as his recruiting territory. So he got a good taste of what kids around the country were really looking for in a college.
