Now that things are starting to get back to..NORMAL??!… I am being asked frequently…What Did You Do For 8 Weeks???

Good question.  And when I started to look into the answer to that question I ended up asking my self…What the heck I did do for the past 8 weeks.?

Well..here is the worthwhile stuff I did!

First Two Weeks

The first two weeks of the COVID-19 Pandemic Shelter-in-Place mandate here at SyncLab Media we spent talking to the non-profits and religious organizations we had an affiliation with over the years.

They, like everyone else, had lost the ability to do what they do…talk to people. 

They wanted to keep in touch with the senior citizens who now were shut in like prisoners.  And, needed to keep delivering inspiring messages to their congregation.  

Since we had already made a considerable investment (well over $35k) into Live Streaming technology that we built into our new studio two months before the shutdown, we had exactly what they needed. 

So, we hit the ground running…but..that was just one day a week.

Week 3 to 8

After that, we serviced the few Venture X members who were also deemed “essential”. 

Doing ZOOM streaming meetings. 

And then we fell in love with the vMix platform

In-between???..well…with there being only 4 people in the entire Venture X Dallas by the Galleria shared workspace, that normally would have hundreds of people, we took the opportunity to check out our new Audio Equipment.   AND…recalibrate all the monitors on the wall we use to view and edit the videos we produce. 

Yes..we GOT LOUD!!!!

We brought in the new YouTube feed that featured a redone audio codex and streamed 4K video to all the monitors in Venture X…shhhh.. don’t tell them we did that.

And then each day we Rinsed and Repeated playing music and videos between us redoing our own marketing videos.

Now, I know…

1. What was the video and music we used to test out our systems? 
2. And…Did we really do that for 5 weeks?
