Have you figured out where you are going to go once Google kills off Google+?
What about when Facebook is sold off to the stockholders of MySpace?
Where will you go to have a chat with your mates?
If you are looking for ‘safe and simple’ the only choice you have is MeWe….yes, like me + you = we!
MeWe has been around since 2016 but seems to just be coming into it’s own as the social network that will replace Google+ and be the new home for all the REAL people left on Facebook who are tired of feeling like they are living in La-La-Land.
I’ve only been on MeWe for a week and was amazed at how easy it was to get set up. Once I got the adjustments made to the push notifications I wanted I am rocking and rolling. Reminds me of the hay day of Google+. Real conversations and real people interested in having ..a little drum roll here…. Real Conversation.
I know, having a conversation with anyone in the social networking world is a rare thing. Especially on Facebook..that is if Facebook will allow you to have a conversation with more than 5 people.
Plus or Minus
The only drawback to MeWe is it might not be too Business Friendly…but that is not clear right now. Will I be able to post an ad for my business’ services has not been answered.
However, MeWe does make perfectly clear on what they will NOT allow happening on their site, that many of them I find glad they do not allow. Here is what they have to say
At MeWe our focus is creating a positive and helpful experience for our users. We want MeWe to be convenient, safe, and fun for you and your communities. This means there are a few rules. You may NOT:

Make the Move
I’d say they have stated very clearly what they are not going to tolerate which means, there are going to be a boatload of people who are going to have to stay on Facebook because they will not abide by these rules.
I’d just suggest you get on over to MeWe and get your new home all set up and start visiting with the neighbors so you get a feel of the place before Facebook starts burning down the house for their stockholders and Google calls in the bulldozers to bring Google+ down.
I’ll be there to welcome you..so, let me know how I can help.
