I never know where the opportunity to talk shop or business network will take place. I would have never suspected the opportunity would come up in the lobby of a car repair center. It is not surprising that it happened today at Kwik Kar Lube and Auto Repair in Carrolton, Texas.
The entire customer waiting room calls out to people to be open and have discussions. So why not do what comes natural…ask during the natural conversation “what do you do for business?”
RyanMendez, the co-owner of Kwik Kar Lube and Auto Repair, is very open to conversations with his customers. Plus Ryan knows most of his returning clients by name. Ryan knowing a lot about social media and the tech world also was a Plus for me. But, there was even more when other people in the lobby starting providing some very good input to the conversations being had.
