In 2017, It is expected YouTube will become the first place people go to search for everything. Google will become a close second choice.

So, how important is YouTube to your business?

If consumers are truly consuming the content from videos at the rate all of the stats are showing, then YouTube is massively important to your business.

As the operations director of SyncLab Media, I blog nearly everyday about some aspect of video centric digital marketing.  I have been studying digital marketing operations for 12 years and video production for 5 years.  From all of the 4000 word reports I have read and the hundreds of people I know who are successfully using videos to market I can safely say YouTube is very important to everyone’s business.

YouTube has, for over 10 years, been flooded with how to videos, explainer videos and product demonstration videos.  All of these videos are focused on helping consumers which makes them very important to consumers.
