I will have to say..the Minnesota State Fair have some great 1. Food Photographers, 2. Imagination and 3. A long history of attempts to One-Up the much bigger (as in land that it covers) Texas State Fair. But as far as the Food at the MSF…meh. If you are lactose intolerant, I'd go for a Fletcher's CornDog. But…I'm going up to the MSF in August just to see if they have been taken lessons from Texas…yeah..Good Luck with that..Right?
