1. Do you have any idea what is in your C-File?

The single greatest thing that any Veteran can do to improve their own Veteran Attorney claim is to get a copy of their Claims File.

The C-File is the single most important document for your VA Claim.

However, its not easy to get a copy from the VA.  They rarely let you see it in person, and it can take YEARS to get it if you use the VA’s forms.

I’ve created a simpler-more powerful-way to get your C-File. This method  has real teeth, too – if you don’t get your C-File in the time the law requires, you can haul the VA into Federal Court to get it.
