I was over on Google+ chatting with Chris Kulturides, owner of AboveTheCoals.com, about was new over at his site.

I was not surprised to hear him say.. Got a Lot of New Stuff...since he is alway thinking up something cool to add to his product line.

Wide Mouth Jars

This month he added the Wide Mouth Jars.  To me, this is just genius since it make is so much easier to get the seasoning out of the jar using a measuring spoon.  Plus, there are so many thing you can do with a wide mouth jar once it is empty.

I suggest you order a few of these wide mouth jars filled with the AboveTheCoals now famous Signature Classic seasoning.

Of course , if you are bold at heart and have a Doctors release, you might try their Caroline Heat Wave…but believe me..don’t leave the lid off the jar of that CHW…I hear MIT is thinking of using it as a bunsen burner.  It is spicy..
