Since offering Business Coaching a few years ago I am asked over and over, by business owners and executives…

“Why do I need a business coach?  What can a business coach offer that sound logical thinking cannot?  What really is in it for me?”

Of course this question comes in not so many words and sometimes comes after a long conversation.  Still, today, business owners and executives see business coaching as something of questionable value.  Many have experience business coaching from others who have never  sit in a position of ‘Risk Taken’ and furnished little more than a bunch of words to serve as self confident builders.

For most business owners and executives moral support is not what they need a business coach to provide.  They need something more than confidence building and confirmation of the direction they are taking.

What many of the business people I am talking to are needing is someone to sit by their side as they go through all of the options they have to making a decision.
