OK, here I am sitting at my desk at the 2011 Byron Nelson Championship.  Since this is my first PGA Tour event to be part of the Media I can safely say this is frigging exciting.  Everyone in golf and their brother..and maybe a few sisters, are here.  But enough of me..lets get down to business.

I’ll be running around finding stories to report on that are a little different than just the blah blah the golf media reports.  I’ll be interviewing the sponsor and business people and other vendors of the Byron Nelson to get their reaction to a top tiered PGA Tour event.  Of course, if I run into one of the tour Pro’s I’ll get their thoughts.

One thing for sure, I should have plenty opportunities for interviews on Business Golf since the Byron Nelson is organized by the Salesmanship Club..an organization filled with very successful business people. Plus, the media room here is filled with reporters from around the world.  There should be plenty to report on from here.
