To say I have been working hard for the past three years developing the Business Golf Country Club would be a gross understatement. I am very excited to report the club has 639 members all of whom have been screened to be actual bonafide golfers…hint, hint, Mr Advertiser,..these are Real Golfers..not play like golfers. Great place to market.
NEW BGCC Blog
Today, the BGCC launched its new blog site. Business Golf County Club Blog The blog site will be the place for members and non-members to go to get the details on what the club is doing.
We are stepping up the move to organizing a club event so stand by.
Why a Separate Blog?
The mission of the BGCC is to offer a safe environment for business golfers to socialize and business network. Protecting the members from Spam is the BGCC’s number one objective. Unfortunately, the social networking platform the BGCC is currently on, NING, is known for its housing for groups who feel sending unsolicited emails to everyone is an effective business model. Thus, NING’s reputation has resulted in any email sent from their platform to be blocked by a large percentage of the spamware the membership uses.
In my recent study of of the emails sent to the BGCC membership it was found that over 85% of them were blocked my spamware. So we decided sending out emails and other details about the club was not really worth it. Thus, the separate blog was created to handle the flow of information to not just the membership but also to the entire golf community. What is going on with the club directly affects the golf world.
So, if you are a golf, a business golfer, a professional golfer, a tour player, a golf instructor or someone who is seriously looking for a purpose to play golf, I would like to encourage you to join the Business Golf Country Club.
