Hey, I am human and like millions of others out there who are stuck inside for the winter I am susceptible to putting on a few extra or unwanted pounds. Last year I compounded my weight gain situation with a year of health issues resulting in me having elective surgery in early October which pushed me into dealing with all those post-surgery drugs that blow you up like a blow fish.
So, this year I said (again) enough is enough.
I ‘Gotta Get Skinny’.
Just saying those words must of activated some potion or something likened to rubbing on Aladdin’s lantern since out of nowhere came Mykala Morin with her Natural Weight for Optimized Living program.
Mykala was looking for a more improved way to bring attention to her new business. Since I was looking for an easy way to lose weight it was natural for me to go to work for her in developing her Social Media program.
While outlining my strategy with Mykala I found it literally fascinating how her weight loss program worked and how simple the process really is. I jumped head first into entering her program.
The Melt
Not really knowing what to expect I started off with just her basic meal replacement bars she recommends. Over the next week of us meeting on laying out her blog and developing a solid direction on her social networking I started losing REAL weight. Within ten days I broken through the 10 lb level and I really didn’t break a sweat.
