WOW, is it almost August already? Don’t tell me how many days until Christmas..geez. Time sure flies.
Now is the time to think about the off season..when here in the Northern hemisphere it is too cold. Down south they are in the off season so listen up down there.
I hear from my friends and clients all year long and during the late months of summer while playing business golf with them I hear them talk about there golf game my saying..
Man, I need to get my swing fixed.
However, I also hear about their business…a lot about their business. In this recession I am not hearing much about the golf after we get through playing business golf, but hear a lot about the problems they are having in business. That’s cool..that means people are looking for solutions and part of my mentoring programs is to help people find solutions..or find the solutions for them..what ever they are paying me for..but back to the golf.
During this season of the year when it comes time to take a break from golf..which all amateurs are more probable to do, that is the time to work on the golf game. However, why don’t you take time while you are at it and look at working on your business. Wouldn’t it be cool to do both?
Every business golfer has two interests. Golf & Business. Sometimes the balance of their enjoyment is off center which probably has to do with their business more than their golf. When the business becomes the worry and it seems their are several solutions to improving business it is sometimes good to talk to others to help think them out.
Sometimes there is something New in the business world that needs to be learned. In that case learning how to do something that will improve business is a positive direction to take. Learning to play golf is one of those tools a business person needs to learn how to use, But learning to play golf is not the only tool a business golfer needs today. They need to learn new business practices. Open up to new ideas and ways of doing business. If a business owner or executive is not internet savvy they need to be and they need to get on the Internet..and not just Facebook..geez..what a mistake that would be.
So where do you go to start the journey on the internet?
Well, that is what Business Golf is all about. And in the Business Golf Country Club that is where you can get your feet wet in a safe environment while finding business golfers. Even if you have been roaming around the internet for years, being a member of a club that you don’t have to worry about being spammed to death would be refreshing.
The Business Golf Country Club has a very open membership who are experts in their own fields inside and outside of golf. Finding solutions or offering help is what the club is here to do and eventually, after the offseason for most of you, we will play some business golf.
