I know..it has been way too long since I have provided my state of the club report. I will try to do better from now on, but no promises since there is so much more work to do.
As you are now aware, A press release was launched announcing Dave Bisbee and I joined forces to manage the Business Golf Country Club. What this means is Dave and I are going to team up to bring to the club new, innovative and exciting ways to strengthen member’s interest in golf and develop a better way to do business while we all have fund doing it.
Dave and I both feel strongly that action speaks louder than words..so, you will just have to stand by and see what we have to offer you. Lets get started with what is in the Club Report

There are now 8 Groups established with the addition of the Florida, Georgia and Tennessee groups since my last report. There are rumbling that there is an interest in a Connecticut Group..but I have not been pinged to start one there yet. The Arizona Groups still is he most active and still are hammering out when that now 20 member group wants to get together.

Club Site Features:
The site is getting a little more stable now. The latest change is in the Club Department TAB. There you will find all of the different departs of the club..like Events, ClamBake Cafe and so forth. The CHAT is still the biggest mystery of the site..it is easy to use but hard to find.
Club Report:
In the News:
We still are working to forming a few member committees so if you are interested let us know.
Marc Sirkin, founder of Golf Is Hard TV, providing a Video review of the club’s features. Marc did an outstanding job.
Overview:
It has been a wild ride for the four months the club has been formed. Dealing with growth and preparing for more growth takes time. However, I have heard from many of you since January and I am so glad to know that there are so many people out there that see things the same way. What I hear most from members boils down to everyone needing some help. Here are the top things I hear members are needing help with…
- Dealing with the Recession
- Finding Time to Play Golf
- Finding Golfers
- Developing Business Contacts
The questions now is, how can the Business Golf Country Club help .
Opportunities
Well, we have a few ideas we are certain will help and one of the idea has just been launched. The ClamBake Cafe “Stairway to Golf Heaven” Golf School is the BGCC first sponsored event that features business educational seminars, networking , golf lessons and leisure all wrapped up in a business golf package. You will be hearing more about this outstanding and VERY affordable business golf opportunity. Plus, there will be some huge announcements made at the ClamBake Cafe that those who attend will hear first.
What to Look Forward To
Next up we look to offering members ad space on the site. The details and pricing are still be hammered out but should be out before June. This will give the members a way to advertise to the members in a more graphic way and will provide for some exciting conversations that go beyond the old “Hey, What Do You Do” line.
More activities are being planned for both the local and regional levels. If you are interested in hosting a BGCC outing in your area contact Dave or I so we can discuss the event with you.
We have a couple of fun contests that will be launched in the next few days, weeks and months. So you want to stay close for that.
More things are in the works. Maybe by the next report I can mention more about them. We really hope you are enjoying the club and can see the direction the club is heading. The best complement you could provide Dave and I is to invite a friend. Many of you have brought their entire contact list into the invitation buffer..thank you for that tremendous support.
Until next time, let us know how we can help.
