The 1st of Many Lawsuits on PGA Drug Policy

The recent report on senior golfer Doug Barron being suspended for one year for failing his drug test will be the first of many legal actions I am sure the PGA is going to field the administration of this policy since it has been reported that they are ignoring the tests from others who are marquee players for the tour.

The lawsuit also clarifies what Barron tested positive for: testosterone and beta-blockers. Which was from prescription drugs he has let everyone know he has been taking for a preexisting condition.
